Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
Any purchased item is entitled for a return back to the seller given the following conditions are fulfilled:
Return of a product is allowed only in the following scenarios:
Item is found damaged or Defective on delivery
Item is used / rusted on delivery
Item is found to be broken on delivery
On event customer wants to return product in that case Customer need to follow following steps :
Place Request of return along with valid reason for return over the mail at firstname.lastname@example.org
Follow the guidelines provided on reply from www.shop24u.com
Item cannot be returned if the damage is found to be caused by the Customer after delivery
Return can be initiated within 7 days of delivery of product. Seller would not accept returns after this timeline
The product should be returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag, etc., intact, along with original Invoice copy, Customer acknowledgement copy and Return order signed by customer.
Decision made by Seller will be binding to Customer on acceptance of return.
On receipt of return request by customer or intimation of return from the seller, SHOP24U will initiate the refund process subject to policies defined below:
Seller will verify the authenticity of return claims and accept/reject refund to the customer.
Return will be processed only after receipt of defective material at seller and same is found authentic with respect to the original return request. This will be authenticated and verified by seller and confirm to GMS team.
For refund claims accepted by the seller, the refund will be initiated to customer’s account (as provided by Customer to GMS) within 5 to 7 business days from the date of acceptance of refund by Seller.
Shipping & Handling Fee will not be refunded in case buyer refuses to accept the delivery.
